1、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應進行檢驗校定。

2、工作前應開機空轉3-5分鐘。操作中如發現電機火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩定時，應立即停機檢查，切勿帶病工作。

4、主機上的電源開關，碳刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應經常檢查，及時更換。

5、使用中如發現工具上的螺釘松動，應及時緊固。
